REQUEST FOR ELECTRONIC COPY OF
DISTRICT CHECK REGISTER:
Please produce a copy of any and all
2008 check registers associated with
Eanes ISD or in the control,
custody, and/or care of Eanes ISD.
Please produce in electronic Excel
format if possible. If not
possible, please provide the
responsive information in a
searchable PDF format.
Please include the following
information: check number, check
date, amount, payee or vendor,
accounting codes, invoice
description
If additional information is
available that can be included on
the register, please let me know so
that I can clarify whether or not to
include the available information as
part of this request.
As I have notified the district in
the past, the online check register
includes only the payee and amount
and omits all other associated
register information such as the
check number, check date, accounting
codes and invoice description.
Again, if the district will
include this information on the
online version of the register, I
will not request the check register
in the future.

I
request public information
reflecting the salary and stipend of
all Eanes ISD employees for the
07-08 school year along with the
applicable accounting codes for the
expense. I expect that Eanes ISD
has the capability and technology to
provide this information
electronically and so, I request
provision in that manner, if
possible.
Please note: If it’s easier to
provide two separate reports such as
one for salary and another for
stipend, I’m happy to receive it in
that way. I’d like to work with the
district to obtain this basic public
information in the easiest way.
Also, please let me know how the
information exists such as by
accounting code department (i.e.
athletic salaries, central
administration salaries) or
alphabetically.
I
am requesting this public
information because others in the
community (including Eanes ISD
employees and KeepEanesInformed
readers) have requested that I post
it on my website. If the district
will agree to post this information
on the official Eanes ISD website, I
will withdraw this request. Just
let me know.
